Processing Times
All candles are hand-poured in small batches, so please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. During peak seasons (holidays, new launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking information provided once your order is on its way.
Delays
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but Tiffany Rose & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, we are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen items. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
