• Wooden or Metal Lid. Lids and colors of jars may vary.

To prevent fire and serious injury:

Always trim wooden wick to 1/8 inch before lighting and keep debris out of wax pool. Never burn longer than 4-hour intervals. Burn 2-4 hours at a time for an even meltpool. Set candle on heat-resistant surface and avoid drafts. Always burn within sight and extinguish before leaving room. Don’t burn near things that catch fire. Keep away from children and pets. Don’t extinguish with water. Always let wax harden before relighting, touching or moving. Discontinue use when 1/2" wax remains.

Our candles are hand-poured using a premium paraffin-soy wax blend, a natural crackling wooden wick, and high-quality fragrance oils. All fragrances are phthalate-free and meet strict IFRA safety standards.

For customers with sensitivities, please note that fragrance oils may contain trace amounts of naturally occurring allergens (such as coumarin, benzyl benzoate, or cinnamal).

At Tiffany Rose & Co., each candle is hand-poured in small batches with care. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mytiffanyrose.com with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll be happy to send a replacement at no additional cost.

Processing Times

All candles are hand-poured in small batches, so please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. During peak seasons (holidays, new launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• We currently ship within the United States.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
• Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking information provided once your order is on its way.

Delays

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but Tiffany Rose & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, we are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen items. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
